Coolumba · Customer education, YouTube and organic content

Make product knowledge easy to revisit.

Created educational product videos for Coolumba’s YouTube channel, organic LinkedIn content and a 100-entry editorial plan.

I turn product knowledge and accounting workflows into written explanations and recorded walkthroughs for buyers and users of Coolumba’s software.

Product videos for YouTube

I took product walkthroughs from script to published video: screen recording, editing, voiceover preparation, branded thumbnails, titles and descriptions. My production workflow includes AI-assisted voiceover work and organised project files for future updates.

These four examples are published on Coolumba’s YouTube channel. My contribution is the content and production work; the software and product visuals belong to Coolumba.

Videos load from YouTube only when you choose Play. YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Organic LinkedIn content

I create and publish branded carousels, product explainers and educational posts for Coolumba. These selected examples show how I connect practical accounting-firm problems with the product story.

Behind the published work, my three-month editorial plan maps audiences, products, funnel stages, hooks, formats and calls to action. It contains 100 planned entries, separate from these published examples.

Educational writing and walkthroughs

I write step-by-step product explanations, demo scripts and walkthrough materials that help people understand how the software is used. These resources complement the live demos and one-to-one onboarding I deliver.

What the work supports

A reusable collection of educational videos, written explanations and organic social content that customers and colleagues can return to.

My role: copywriting, educational writing, product video creation and organic LinkedIn content. The calendar contains 100 planned entries, not 100 published posts.
