For PKF Antares and Coolumba, I wrote agent instructions that define sources, checks, exceptions and restart points.
Four connected workflows
- Prospect research: match issuers, verify facts and check spreadsheet output.
- Contact enrichment: match executives to supported professional contact details and flag uncertainty.
- CRM handoff: map companies and people, avoid duplicates and verify Odoo records.
- Outreach: personalize authorized Outlook emails, check prior sends and log verified activity in Odoo.
Make continuation reliable
Checkpoints preserve sources and incomplete work. Separate send and logging status prevents duplicate emails after a logging failure. The related Claude workflow adds issuer-identity checks, field definitions, incremental saves and operating guides.
