Built and organized the shared OneDrive library, with naming standards and handover guidance.
I created a structure that helps colleagues at PKF Antares and Coolumba find existing work, understand its purpose and build on it.
Make resources easy to use
I established folders, filing guidance and resource navigation. Coolumba BD onboarding guides and standard operating procedures connect research, CRM, outreach, demos and event follow-up, with support contacts, required inputs and first-week practice.
Preserve the context
Shared references document company knowledge, brand guidance and publishing steps. I also drafted Coolumba’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions from scratch; the business currently uses them.
What the work supports
A knowledge library that retains the instructions and context behind the work for future colleagues.
